I want you to love your Spicewood& Rose product. Every product is unique -- please allow for variations in the printing process. I will only mail products that I would be proud to own myself. If you feel your printed item is not as described, please contact me and I'll see what I can do. Please contact me with any questions about your purchase within 5 days of receiving the product. If a return is authorized, shipping costs will not be refunded (unless it is a mistake on our end.)
